Why Trivia Nights Might Be the Funniest Part of Your Week
Trivia nights are the Olympics for people who peaked in high school and still remember what mitochondria do. You grab your smartest friends, order a plate of nachos, and immediately forget everything you’ve ever learned. The first category is “18th Century Danish Popes” and the bar erupts in a wave of blank stares and desperate Googling under the table. Your team’s name is a pun, your confidence is misplaced, and the music round makes you question if you’ve ever actually heard music. Still, someone yells “Meryl Streep!” every round. They’re right once. It’s glorious.
