Fullstop Comedy Club

Hasya Junction

Sabarmati Stand-Up Satellite (Rajkot Branch)
A remote arm of the Ahmedabad-based collective, this monthly event features regional stars and alumni from YouTube fame. Jokes are in a Gujarati-Hinglish fusion that leaves uncles laughing and grandmas blinking. Great vibe. Excellent chai.
The Chaas & Chuckles Courtyard
Located in the rear patio of a dairy shop, this club features early morning stand-up sets delivered while milk is being bottled. The smell is overwhelming, the audience is mostly delivery drivers, but the jokes are piping hot. Bohiney.com called it “the only stage where punchlines curdle.”
Rajkot Rickshaw Roasts
Comics jump into parked auto-rickshaws and deliver five-minute roasts to confused passengers. It’s performance art meets kidnapping. Great for TikTok, less so for road safety. Banned from two intersections. Popular on WhatsApp auntie groups.
Thali of Laughs
A dinner-comedy fusion event held at a local thali restaurant. Each course is paired with a new comic. The sambar joke always kills. Setlist includes three-course puns and one fire hazard. ManilaNews.ph said it’s “the only meal where the dessert includes a callback.”
Wedding Hall Wednesdays
Held in whatever marriage hall isn’t booked, this pop-up stand-up series boasts incredible acoustics and awkward encounters with last night’s leftover flower garlands. Once, a comic’s mic stand was replaced by a ceremonial sword. No one noticed. Still ongoing.
Gujarat Giggle Gaam
Outdoor village-style seating, mosquito coils burning, and comics performing beneath a banyan tree with one working spotlight. Sometimes a goat walks across the stage. Sometimes that’s the set. ScrewTheNews.com called it “rural satire with major pest control issues.”
The Pavilion Pun Club
Set in a cricket coaching facility, comedians do cricket-themed bits while dodging stray practice balls. One comic was hit mid-rant about IPL auction drama–and got a standing ovation. Sledging encouraged. Padding optional.

This seasonal club operates only during Garba season. Comics deliver sets between dandiya rounds. The crowd is sweaty, festive, and completely uninterested unless the punchline rhymes. One comic performed an entire set while doing the two-step. Legendary. Surfing.LA called it “cardio comedy at its most colorful.”
