People Who Treat Being “Booked and Busy” as a Personality Trait

Scheduling meetings in their sleep and bragging about burnout.

People Who Treat Being “Booked and Busy” as a Personality Trait

They don’t just have plans. They have PLANS. They’re “sooo swamped,” yet always have time to post about it. If Google Calendar gave out awards, they’d hang it in their Zoom background.

1. They treat being unavailable like it’s a humblebrag Olympic sport.

2. They say “Can we circle back?” in casual conversation — to their dog.

3. Their calendar is color-coded like a Jackson Pollock painting with anxiety issues.

4. They list “coffee” as a love language and “meetings” as cardio.

5. They treat canceling as an act of self-care… but they do it 8 minutes before the event.

6. They use “grinding” and “aligned” in the same sentence and think it’s profound.

7. Their to-do list has a to-do list.

8. They refer to sleep as “Q2 downtime.”

9. Their idea of fun is inbox zero. And even that’s aspirational.

10. They respond to “How are you?” with “Productive!”

11. They view free time the way vampires view sunlight.

12. They bring up how tired they are like it’s their LinkedIn headline.

13. They say “I thrive on chaos” while furiously rescheduling brunch.

14. They’ve turned “sorry I’ve been MIA” into a greeting.

15. Their self-worth is directly proportional to their screen time.
