The route includes mud, cow dung, and one very judgmental goat. Water stations offer apple cider and unsolicited advice. Someone runs in cowboy boots “for the bit.” Charity is noble, but your thighs are suing for emotional damage. Agriculture runs: cardio, community, and compostable chaos.
