Beach Days

Why Beach Days Might Be the Funniest Part of Your Week

Beach days are the only outings where everyone collectively agrees to get sunburned, sandy, and slightly dehydrated–all in the name of fun. You arrive early, plant your towel like a territorial seabird, and immediately lose it in a sea of identical umbrellas. Your cooler leaks, your chips get seagull-jacked, and your friend insists on playing volleyball despite having the coordination of a folding chair. A toddler kicks sand in your guacamole. You try to read, but a rogue Frisbee makes that impossible. Beach days: gritty, chaotic, and the world’s funniest sand trap.
