Use Legal Language That Says Nothing
“The User, henceforth referred to as That Fool, consents to the harvesting of behavioral metadata, sandwich preferences, and love languages.” The vaguer, the funnier.
Include Hidden Aggression
“We reserve the right to laugh at your browser history. Especially the weird stuff.” Let the policy quietly roast the reader.
Invent Unsettling Permissions
“We may access your camera, calendar, heartbeat, and third-grade report card.” Make it increasingly surreal — yet eerily plausible.
Write the Worst Consent Clause

Make the Policy Self-Aware
“We know you’re not reading this. Neither did our legal team. Let’s just get through this together, okay?”
Fake GDPR Compliance
“Under Article 14, Section Yikes, you have the right to be forgotten. But we won’t. Ever.” Let your parody skirt real law with comic menace.
Include an “Opt-Out” That’s Useless
“To opt out, print this policy, bury it under a full moon, and whisper your social security number into a compost pile.”
Conclusion: Agree to the Absurd
Parodying privacy policies shines a spotlight on digital overreach and blind user trust. Wrap your satire in boilerplate nonsense. Add a dash of existential dread. And always end with, “By continuing, you agree to laugh — and surrender.”
